Answers to the most common questions about real estate valuation

When scheduling an appraisal, the client submits an extract from the property registry. If additional documentation is required, the appraiser will contact you.

All documentation for properties under construction must be provided by the investor. Core documents include land registry extract, building permit decision, amendments to the permit (if any), legal validity of the building permit, building permit design, foundation structure certificate, works commencement notice, and energy efficiency report.

In most cases, we visit the site within 24 hours after receiving the request. However, it is always better to schedule a few days in advance.

A residential property inspection typically takes about 30 minutes. The owner does not need to be present.

For residential properties, 2-3 business days, and for commercial properties, depending on project scope, most often 3-5 business days.

Most banks maintain approved lists of recommended licensed appraisers. We are included on a large number of those lists.

Each completed report is covered by professional liability insurance up to EUR 500,000.
